Directions to Polestar

Approximately 40 minutes from the Hilo Airport:

• Follow the exit signs from Hilo airport until you reach the first stop light. Turn Left onto Kanoelehua Ave/Hawaii Belt Rd/HI-11 S and go about 6.5 miles
• Turn Left onto Keaau Pahoa Bypass Rd/HI-130 S. Continue to follow HI-130 S for 12.2 miles
• At the only stop light in Pahoa turn Left onto Pahoa/Kapoho Rd./HI-132. Go 4.5 miles
• Turn left on Noni Farm Rd. (a gravel road with a wooden sign on the left — if you reach mile marker 5, you’ve gone too far).
• Follow Noni Farm Rd. four tenths of a mile and turn right onto our driveway – you can pull up to the house and park.
• Welcome to Polestar!

Note: we are located on Noni Farm Road, which is not listed on Google Maps. Halekamahina Puuku Road (which this map points to) is a few hundred yards from Polestar.
